Discount Tire

The atmosphere when you walk into a business is key. The place is perfect, I was very impressed with the layout of the waiting area as it is very clean. The service writer 'Alex' was very respectful and professional. I was able to get info I needed for the tire I was looking for in a very short timely manner. The price and options available blows the competitors out of the water. I know where I'm going the next time I need tires and/or maintenance done. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!

I had a bad tire on my Camper, they were still the factory tires and under the prorated warranty from Goodyear. My local tire shop would not help me. Cole from Discount Tire was on the phone with Goodyear within 10 minutes and had it figured out. I had a replacement on the rim within an hour! Great customer service highly recommend.

Make sure you check the air pressure in your own tires prior to leaving. That's the only way I knew that they rotated the tires is because my truck is supposed to have more pressure in the back in less than the front and when I checked it was the opposite that's all I knew for sure that they rotated them. Will be going back and having them correct that also checking the torque specs on the wheels as well. Just went in for rotation and balance.

Ordered tires and booked a installation appointment easily on their website. Showed up about 3 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment they got it in right away and had the new tires on within a hour. Good experience would recommend discount tire to others and use again myself.

Went online to schedule appointment for wheel balancing and tire rotation for 1715hrs. Arriving minutes before the appointment, got checked in and advised the car would be ready by 1815hrs. Was driving out by 1756hrs. They under promise and over deliver, I like that.
